INTEGRITY FACILITY MANAGER





Our organization was born out of the need to fill the GAPS of lack of Integrity and Poor Quality Service Delivery that existed between Clients and Artisans. To address the missing link, we have put the following in place:
 
·        Our workforce team has been carefully selected based on shared values of Integrity.

·        We also have an understanding that any organization that wants to be outstanding in its industry space must imbibe this value.

·        Our Value of Integrity also comes to play in our advisory service. We advise customers based on their budget and recommend appropriate solution.

·        We have a customer satisfaction feedback mechanism to check if we have exceeded the client’s expectations in our service delivery.

·        One of the ways we achieve quality service delivery is by ensuring we clean up our work site after completion of our client’s task.

Service Delivery Procedure
·        STEP 1
Call Us: Give us a brief on the job description and specify the location
·        STEP 2
Response Time: Between 24 hours to 48 hours, depending on the urgency of job and availability of our workmen.
·        STEP 3
Job Evaluation: After evaluation of Job, quotation / service charge will be presented to our client.
·        STEP 4
Job Execution / Completion: Job will be carried out after STEP 3 has been reached with our clients. Job completion will be based on agreed timeline with our clients.
·        STEP 5
Certificate of Completion: Our clients will be issued a certificate of completion of service and receipt of payment after full payment has been made.
